Terms of Use

These terms set out the rules for using the MentalMath platform (the "Platform") and form an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement. By registering on or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

1. 1.1. Provide accurate information when registering. Each account belongs to one person (one child).
2. 1.2. An account for a child under 14 is created and used with the consent of a parent (legal guardian). Parents are encouraged to keep an eye on the child's activity on the Platform.
3. 1.3. Do not share your login or password with anyone. You (or the child's parent) are responsible for actions taken from your account. If you notice someone else accessing your account, change your password immediately and let us know.
4. 1.4. Usernames and avatars must not be offensive, discriminatory, promotional or impersonate another person.

2. Acceptable use

1. 2.1. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial learning. Separate terms apply to learning centres.
2. 2.2. It is prohibited to: attempt to hack the Platform, probe it for vulnerabilities or access other users' accounts; collect data or complete exercises using bots, scripts or automated tools; place excessive load on the servers; distribute viruses or malicious code.
3. 2.3. It is prohibited to insult or intimidate other users (especially children), ask them for personal information, or send spam or advertising.
4. 2.4. Any action that violates the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is prohibited.

3. Content and intellectual property

1. 3.1. All Platform materials — exercises, games, texts, images, video, design, software code and the "MentalMath" name — belong to the Seller or its licensors and are protected by law.
2. 3.2. Copying, selling, redistributing the materials or building commercial products on them without the Seller's written permission is prohibited. You may share your own results and certificates for personal purposes.
3. 3.3. You are responsible for the texts and feedback you submit to the Platform and agree that we may use them to improve the Platform.

4. Fair play: battles and tournaments

1. 4.1. Take part in battles, tournaments and leaderboards using only your own skills. Using a calculator, another person's help, bots, scripts or any means of faking results is prohibited.
2. 4.2. Creating multiple accounts to play against yourself, arranging results in advance or losing on purpose is prohibited.
3. 4.3. If a violation is detected, results may be cancelled, the participant removed from leaderboards, coins, rewards and prizes taken back, and the account suspended temporarily or permanently.
4. 4.4. Coins and virtual rewards on the Platform are used only in-game, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Suspension and account deletion

1. 5.1. You may delete your account at any time (in the app's "Privacy" section). After deletion, a 30-day recovery period applies.
2. 5.2. In the event of serious or repeated violations of these terms, the Seller may suspend or block the account with or without notice. In that case, no refund is given for a paid subscription unless the law provides otherwise.
3. 5.3. If you disagree with a block, write to info@mental-math.uz — your request will be reviewed.

6. Limitation of liability

1. 6.1. The Platform is provided "as is". We strive to keep it running smoothly and without errors but cannot fully guarantee this.
2. 6.2. Payments, subscriptions, refunds and liability limits are set out in the Public Offer Agreement.

7. Privacy

1. 7.1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact

1. 8.1. We may change these terms. A new version takes effect on the day it is published on this page. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform.
2. 8.2. Questions: info@mental-math.uz or Telegram @mentalim_uz.
