Public Offer Agreement

1. Definitions

1. 1.1. Seller — the person named in the "Requisites" section of this offer, the owner of the mental-math.uz website and the MentalMath mobile app (together, the "Platform").
2. 1.2. User — an individual who has registered on the Platform and/or paid for a subscription. Where an account is created for a child under 14, the User is the child's parent (legal guardian).
3. 1.3. Subscription — the right to use the paid features of the Platform (depending on the plan: extended exercises, games, AI mentor, etc.) for the paid period.
4. 1.4. Plan — the content, term (monthly or yearly) and price of a subscription. A free plan with limited features is also available.

2. Subject of the agreement

1. 2.1. The Seller grants the User remote access to the Platform (mental arithmetic, soroban, logic games, AI mentor and other online learning materials) by subscription under the selected Plan, and the User pays for this access.
2. 2.2. The service is provided electronically via the Internet. No physical goods are delivered.
3. 2.3. The rules for using the Platform are set out in the Terms of Use, which form an integral part of this offer.

3. Acceptance of the offer

1. 3.1. Any of the following actions constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer: registering on the Platform (creating an account) or paying for a subscription.
2. 3.2. The agreement is concluded from the moment of acceptance. No paper signature is required.
3. 3.3. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Platform and do not make a payment.

4. Prices and payment

1. 4.1. Current plan prices are published in Uzbek soum (UZS) on the Pricing page. The price shown at the time of payment is final.
2. 4.2. Payment is made through the available payment systems shown at checkout. The Seller does not store bank card details — they are processed directly by the payment system.
3. 4.3. Auto-renewal is not used: there are no recurring (automatic) card charges. When the term ends, the subscription stops, and the User may renew it with a new payment if they wish.
4. 4.4. The Seller may announce discounts and promotions. If a discount has an end date, it applies until that date; afterwards the regular price applies again.
5. 4.5. The Seller may change prices. A new price applies only to payments made after the change; the term of an already paid subscription does not change.

5. Subscription term, trial period and gift subscriptions

1. 5.1. The subscription term starts when the payment is confirmed and lasts until the end of the selected period (one month or one year).
2. 5.2. The Seller may offer a free trial period. Its length and conditions are shown on the Platform; when the trial ends, unless the User chooses a paid subscription, the account moves to the free plan and nothing is charged.
3. 5.3. A subscription may be paid for as a gift to another user. A gift subscription is activated on the recipient's account and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. 5.4. Free subscription periods granted through promo codes, rewards or promotions are not refundable in cash.

6. Refunds

1. 6.1. If the paid features of the subscription have not been used within 3 (three) calendar days after payment, the User may request a full refund of the amount paid.
2. 6.2. If the paid features have been used, or more than 3 days have passed, no refund is given for the elapsed subscription period.
3. 6.3. If the service was not provided through the Seller's fault due to a technical failure, the Seller will extend the subscription term or refund the corresponding part of the payment.
4. 6.4. Refund requests are sent by email to info@mental-math.uz or via Telegram @mentalim_uz, stating the account login and payment date. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days; money is returned via the original payment method (Click/Payme).

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

1. 7.1. The Seller: provides access to the Platform under the paid Plan; may change the content and design of the Platform to improve it while keeping the core features of the paid Plan; may briefly suspend the Platform for maintenance.
2. 7.2. The User: provides accurate information when registering; keeps their login and password secret; uses the Platform only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes; complies with the Terms of Use.
3. 7.3. The User may not sell, rent out or publicly share a subscription (except family use where the Plan provides for it).
4. 7.4. The User has all rights provided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Rights Protection".

8. Minors

1. 8.1. The Platform is intended for children aged 6 to 16.
2. 8.2. An account for a child under 14 is created and used with the consent of a parent (legal guardian). Payments are made by the parent (legal guardian), who is responsible for compliance with this offer.
3. 8.3. Users aged 14 to 18 make payments with the consent of their parents (legal guardians).

9. Personal data

1. 9.1. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy.
2. 9.2. By accepting this offer, the User (for a child under 14 — their parent) consents to the processing of the data needed to provide the service.

10. Liability

1. 10.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. 10.2. The Platform is provided "as is". The Seller does not guarantee identical learning results (for example, reaching a certain score or level) for every child, as they depend on the child's own effort and regular practice.
3. 10.3. The Seller is not responsible for interruptions in the User's Internet connection, device or payment systems, or for the consequences of the User sharing their login/password with others.
4. 10.4. In any case, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the latest subscription, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. 10.5. The parties are released from liability in circumstances of force majeure.

11. Dispute resolution

1. 11.1. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. The User sends a written claim to info@mental-math.uz; the Seller replies within 10 business days.
2. 11.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12. Term and changes

1. 12.1. The offer takes effect when published on the Platform and remains in force until withdrawn by the Seller.
2. 12.2. The Seller may amend the offer. A new version takes effect on the day it is published on this page; the terms in force at the time of payment apply to an already paid subscription period.
3. 12.3. The User may delete their account and terminate the agreement at any time; refunds are handled under the "Refunds" section.
