You can request the deletion of your MentalMath account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here is how.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your account in the mobile app or on the website, then go to: Profile → Privacy → tap "Request account deletion".
- On the web: sign in and open the Privacy page — the deletion request is sent with a single button.
- Alternatively, send an email from your registered address to support@mental-math.uz with the subject "Account deletion" (please include your username).
What gets deleted
Profile data (name, username, email, date of birth), learning statistics, device/push tokens, friends and links are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Minimal records that must be retained for legal obligations (e.g. payment records, if any) are kept for the legally required period.
30-day grace period
After the request, a 30-day grace period begins — signing in again during this time cancels the deletion. After 30 days, all personal data is automatically and irreversibly anonymised.
